The problem
Selling something secondhand in Indonesia means writing the same listing four times, answering the same three questions from thirty buyers, and then meeting a stranger to hand over cash. Most people give up somewhere in the middle and the item stays in a cupboard.
What I built
- Five photos in, four listings out — the model identifies the item, grades its condition and rewrites the copy for each marketplace's audience
- Kak Bekas, an agent that answers buyers around the clock in the platform they messaged from, and moves serious ones to WhatsApp
- Pricing suggested from comparable listings rather than from what the seller hopes it is worth
- IDRX escrow recorded on Lisk Sepolia, so neither side has to trust the other to go first
- ERC-8004 identities carrying seller reputation, with commission falling from 3% to 2% as a record accumulates
Outcome
Open beta on Lisk Sepolia. First three listings are free and the first three sales take no commission, because the thing being tested is whether the item actually sells — not whether the pricing page converts.
